Sydney has Information Technology, Business Process and Business Leadership experience spanning Financial Services, Consulting, Manufacturing and Entertainment. He has worked as an IT Practitioner, Operations Manager, Business Process Management Consultant at PWC, Senior Project Manager at Nedcor and was Executive Manager both in the IT and Retail areas of Standard Bank.

Sydney was awarded the Harvard / South Africa Fellowship in 1990 to study for a PMD at Harvard University. Whilst at Standard Bank Sydney was alternate Director of The Banking Adjudicator. He is currently Director of Aperture Recruitment and Ekasi Entertainment. Sydney established Krossover in 2007.

Pavita Hegade brings more than 10 years of expirience from IT industry. She is responsible for the overall operations of India ODC and SA business development including financial, strategic growth, resourcing and leadership. Prior to this, Pavita held several positions in the areas of software development and Testing for the industry vertical mainly into BFSI, Telecom-Payment Solutions and CAD/CAM.

In her current leadership role, Pavita is responsible for the company's application development, maintenance, testing and developing Pune development Center.
